We also provide a "Settle in Service" for your prospective employee which, in essence ensures that they and their family are happily settled into their new environment and you can concentrate on your employee.
With this service we:
- Meet the candidate and their family at the airport
- Take them to their point of short term accommodation
- Assist them to identify suitable long term accommodation
- Enrol children into school
- Assist to arrange financial registrations, i.e. Bank Accounts and utility registration.
- A familiarisation tour of the city, identifying areas of shopping, leisure and business.
- Introduction to local family and community support networks
- Ongoing contact and support for the employee and their family to ensure that their new experience is comfortable.
As an additional service, we are also able to develop and implement systems to assist with the introduction and on going management of overseas employee within your organisation. We have found in the past that these systems are easily managed and extremely effective within organisations that are undertaking rapid expansions in their operations. In essence, you can concentrate on your core business whilst we provide a mentoring service for your front line managers and employees.
