Thanks for forwarding the original letter of acceptance and I'm glad you like the flowers although you look the kind of person who receives flowers regularly! I'm glad you forwarded your business cards as I know a couple of people who are considering moving to Australia and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services. You've all done a fantastic job and made the process seem so effortless. When Rachel & I initially made the decision to apply for a visa we had heard of so many horror stories about certain immigration agents and it felt quite daunting trying to choose one we felt we could trust. However, from the first moment we made contact with your company you gave us all the advice and information we needed to go ahead with the process instead of being told by a computer program that we were eligible to apply like so many other companies. Looking back, I have no doubt in my mind that we could not of done this without your help and expertise!

WOW WOW WOW WOW I can't believe that finally we have our visa. It's been such a long and agonising wait but now all worth it.
We were away in Ireland for the weekend so have just accessed our emails and I cannot believe that they granted the visa without seeing the hard copy of the court order.

I'm sorry we haven't been in touch but this last six months have gone so fast.
We arrived in Brisbane a couple of weeks ago and we are loving it, don't get me wrong we have had our stressful moments but they have been worth it. We have brought a car and are now looking for a rental up on the Sunshine Coast.
We may have also brought a little business your way because since we got our visa we have been the official Doulene fan club. You have made such a difference to our lives and we will always be grateful, you really have made all our dreams come true.
My parents may also be getting in touch with you as they will be looking to come out in a couple of years so any help or advise you can give them would be most appreciated.
Also our friends Judy and Nigel are just starting there visa application with you which is fantastic news, as i know they will love it out here.

We have been in Adelaide for 5 months now and we love it! Thanks to Doulene we were accepted into Australia in June 2006 just after we got married - what a wedding present!! Although the migration process is complex Doulene took the stress away and made the whole experience a good one! Thanks again we couldn't have done it without you!!
We have just been granted permanent residency visas having used Active Migration as our agent. We would certainly recommend Doulene and her company to anyone wanting to use an agent. We thought Active Migration provided an excellent service. We were dealt with by the same agent (Doulene Steyn) from start to finish, rather then having several agents involved. It was nice to have a one to one service.
Before we had a migration agent it was hard to find out the correct information from the internet as there are so many websites. And even when you are on the government website its hard to find what is relevant to you.
Active Migration took away all the hassle. They sent us all the information and forms that we needed. If we had any problems are emails were answered within 48 hours.

Dear Doulene,We are writing to let you know words can’t thank you enough for all your help with getting Danny and I back to Perth in such a short time. When we met you in Manchester in 2004 we thought it would take us at least 2 years and that’s if we were going to make it back at all. It's hard to find the right words to describe our experience in the journey we have had with Active Migration Australia and the wonderful Doulene.
